›You build the battle, then send it to your friends. Your crew votes which shoe wins.
›There are no divisions, weight classes, or brand-specific categories — just two shoes, one winner.
›Battles that win climb the Hall of Fame, a running showcase of the community's favorite match-ups.
›Anyone with a valid ShoeTracker.AI sneaker session can build a battle.
›You choose two shoes for a single head-to-head — upload both, or reuse a shoe you already cut.
›A single device (IP) may create a limited number of battles per day to prevent spam.
›You confirm when you build a battle that the shoes are yours and do not infringe third-party rights.
›The creator sends the battle; the crew votes. Anyone with the link can cast one vote — no account needed.
›Each visitor gets one vote per battle (enforced via IP-based deduplication).
›Vote manipulation, bot usage, coordinated brigading, or any attempt to artificially inflate a result will remove the battle at our discretion.
›ShoeTracker.AI may remove battles that violate community standards or applicable law.
›Winning battles are pure community recognition — they climb the Hall of Fame, nothing more.
›There are no cash prizes, no merchandise prizes, and no purchase necessary at any point.
›The Arena is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or raffle — winners are decided by your crew's votes.
›ShoeTracker.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Nike, Inc., adidas AG, New Balance Athletics, Inc., Puma SE, ASICS Corporation, or any other footwear manufacturer or brand owner.
›All sneaker names, model descriptions, and colorways shown in battles are user-submitted descriptive content provided by participants for the purpose of identifying their own footwear.
›Trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand identifiers are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for descriptive purposes.
›If you are a brand owner and believe a battle infringes your rights, contact info@shoetracker.ai and we will review promptly.
›You retain ownership of all media and descriptions you submit.
›By building a battle, you grant ShoeTracker.AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of your battle on the platform — including the Hall of Fame, share posters, social channels, and promotional materials related to the arena.
›This license persists while the battle is live and for reasonable historical retention afterward.
›You may request removal of your battle by contacting info@shoetracker.ai; we will honor the request within a reasonable timeframe, though existing share posters already exported may persist.
›IP addresses are hashed (SHA-256) for deduplication purposes only and are not stored in raw form.
›Battle metadata (creator name, shoe description, timestamps) is retained for a reasonable period, then automatically purged.
›Voter dedup keys expire after voting. Personal identifying information is never associated with vote records.

›Battles containing hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, violence, or other content prohibited by applicable law will be removed without notice.
›Counterfeit footwear, fake brand claims, or fraudulent provenance descriptions are not permitted.
›You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to participate.
›Employees of ShoeTracker.AI and their immediate families may create battles for testing.
