It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, or any other footwear, apparel, entertainment, character, or media brand, or any celebrity or public figure that may be referenced by users.
Trademarks belong to their owners
All product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a third-party brand is nominative — used only to identify the product a user is tracking or creating content about — and does not imply any relationship, partnership, or sponsorship.
User-declared models — we never auto-label
When a user selects a sneaker model from our curated catalog (or adds a custom name), that selection is a user declaration. ShoeTracker.AI does not algorithmically identify, authenticate, or label footwear from photos. Catalog names are used only as nominative references so users can describe products they say they own.
Community statistics shown on the Service (for example, “people here own it” / “1 of N”) are community counts — tallies of user declarations on this platform. They are not product authentication, inventory verification, appraisals, or valuations.

AI-generated videos and cut-outs are created from user-supplied images at the user's direction. ADS DELIVERY LIMITED makes no claim of ownership or endorsement over any third-party brand depicted in user-generated content.
