What we may do
After receiving a report, we may review the relevant content and take action where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- remove or disable access to content available through ShoeTracker.ai;
- disable a public share link;
- remove a battle, voting page, leaderboard entry, or other public-facing feature;
- restrict the ability to share or create further content;
- contact the user who uploaded or created the content; or
- suspend or terminate an account in cases of repeated or serious violations.
We cannot remove content that a user has independently posted on third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or other external platforms. Requests regarding content hosted by a third party must be directed to that platform.
User response and review
If we remove, restrict, or disable content or access following a report, we may notify the affected user where appropriate.
If you believe that an action was taken in error, you may contact us at info@shoetracker.ai and explain why you believe the content or account should be reviewed again. Please include any relevant supporting information.
Repeated violations
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload, share, or make available content that violates the rights of others or breaches our Terms of Service, Arena Rules, or other applicable ShoeTracker policies.
