ShoeTracker.ai — How we collect, use, and protect your data
ShoeTracker.ai (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by ADS DELIVERY LIMITED (UIC: 208549000, Bulgaria).
ShoeTracker.ai provides a creative, AI-assisted sneaker experience for end users, including sneakerheads and customers of participating stores, and also provides business-facing services for sneaker stores and other business customers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you use ShoeTracker.ai.
For privacy questions, contact us at info@shoetracker.ai.
ADS DELIVERY LIMITED may act as a Data Controller or as a Data Processor, depending on how the service is used.
We act as Data Controller when we process data for our own service operations, including:
When a store or business customer provides customer, order, shipment, or tracking-related data to ShoeTracker.ai, the store acts as the Data Controller and ShoeTracker.ai acts as the Data Processor.
In these cases, we process such data on behalf of the store and according to the applicable agreement or Data Processing Agreement.
Where a user accesses ShoeTracker.ai through a participating store, store link, order code, invitation code, access code, order number, coupon, COP & DROP feature, or other store-related experience, certain experience-related data and engagement metrics may be made available to the relevant store or business customer through its dashboard, as further described in this Privacy Policy and the applicable business agreement or DPA.
Depending on how you use ShoeTracker.ai, we may collect the following types of data:
Name, email address, login method, store name, and billing preferences, where applicable.
Sneaker images and related content uploaded by users or captured through the optional camera feature.
Store owners may also upload store logos, brand assets, promo messages, or other branding materials.
Sneaker model, sneaker type, shoe size, collection details, destination country or country information where provided by the user, store, or relevant system, selected themes, generated outputs, and creative preferences.
Order codes, invitation codes, access codes, order numbers, tracking numbers, shipment statuses, or related delivery information, where relevant.
Preview, download, share actions, share counts, COP & DROP interactions, coupon code use, promo code interactions, CTA clicks, link clicks, and similar engagement data, including metrics that may be shown to participating stores or business customers in their dashboard where applicable.
Payments and billing are processed through Stripe.
Where payments apply, such as for stores or business customers, Stripe processes payment details on our behalf. We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice IDs, billing status, plan details, and related billing identifiers for account management, subscription management, invoicing, and support.
We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details.
IP address for security purposes, device type, browser type, performance data, error logs, debugging data, cookie consent status, and privacy-preserving analytics where consent is required.
The camera feature is optional and requires permission through your browser or device.
ShoeTracker.ai uses the camera only to capture still images that you choose to submit as part of the experience.
Camera-captured images are treated like uploaded content and are processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Where a user accesses ShoeTracker.ai through a participating store, store link, order code, invitation code, access code, order number, coupon, COP & DROP feature, or other store-related experience, the relevant store or business customer may receive dashboard analytics and engagement information related to that experience.
This may include, where relevant, information such as sneaker model or type, shoe size, destination country or country information, previews, downloads, shares, share counts, coupon or promo-code interactions, CTA clicks, link clicks, COP & DROP interactions, and similar engagement metrics.
Store dashboard analytics are intended to help stores understand engagement with their ShoeTracker.ai experiences, improve customer experience, measure campaign performance, manage promotional activity, and understand sneaker-related demand or user interest.
Store dashboard analytics are provided in aggregated or summarized form and are not intended to provide stores with full individual user profiles.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.
ShoeTracker.ai operates a public community competition feature known as the “Weekly Sneaker Arena” or “Arena” (collectively, the “Arena”). The Arena is a consumer-facing viral product accessible at routes including but not limited to /arena, /arena/start, and /arena/challenge/[id].
What the Arena does: Users may upload a photograph of their sneakers, enter an optional display name or handle, and submit the resulting entry to a publicly visible weekly leaderboard. Other users may then vote “COP” or “DROP” on each entry. Entries and vote counts are publicly visible. Entries may be shared by users to third-party platforms (messaging apps, social networks, email).
Anonymous participation: The Arena is accessible without account creation. Anonymous participants are identified internally only by transient identifiers (such as a randomly generated viral identifier stored in browser local storage, and an IP-derived hash used solely for quota and rate-limiting). We do not require an email address, real name, or any other directly identifying information in order to participate.
Image processing for AI background removal: When you upload a sneaker image to the Arena, the image is transmitted to our server-side infrastructure and may be further transmitted to our AI processing sub-processor (Replicate, LLC) for background removal and image segmentation. The resulting cut-out image is stored in our object storage (Cloudflare R2). The original uploaded image is not retained after the cut completes. This processing is identical in nature to the AI processing described in Section 10 below.
What becomes public: Once submitted, the following information is publicly visible to anyone who accesses the Arena routes: (i) the cut-out sneaker image you uploaded; (ii) the shoe name you entered; (iii) the creator name or handle you entered; (iv) the aggregate vote counts and current leaderboard rank; (v) the shareable link to your entry. Do not enter any information into the shoe-name or handle fields that you do not want to be publicly visible.
Consent and content ownership representations: By submitting an entry to the Arena, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have full rights to the submitted image, (b) the image does not contain identifiable persons other than yourself (or persons who have consented to the public display of the image), (c) the image does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights, (d) the image complies with the Arena Rules and these Privacy Policy provisions, and (e) you have read and accepted the applicable Arena Rules.
License you grant us: By submitting an Arena entry, you grant ShoeTracker.ai (ADS DELIVERY LIMITED) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, publicly perform, transmit, transcode, cache, share via integrated share functionality, and otherwise use the submitted image and associated metadata for the limited purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Arena, the ShoeTracker.ai Services, and related community features. This license includes the right to display your entry on third-party social platforms when shared by users using the platform's sharing tools.
No monetary compensation: Arena participation is purely for community recognition. Champion-of-the-week prizes, where offered, consist of in-platform recognition, custom video reels, or similar non-monetary benefits. There is no cash compensation, royalty, revenue share, or other monetary entitlement arising from Arena participation, voting, sharing, or appearing on the leaderboard.
Removal rights: You may request removal of your Arena entry at any time by contacting info@shoetracker.ai with reasonable proof of ownership of the entry (such as access to the device or browser used to submit, the original photograph, or the session identifier). Removal requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. We may also remove entries at our sole discretion where we believe they violate the Arena Rules, applicable law, third-party rights, or community safety.
Voting telemetry: When you cast a COP or DROP vote, we record the vote together with an IP-derived hash and a transient anonymous identifier solely to prevent duplicate voting, fraud and abuse. Vote records are aggregated for leaderboard purposes and are not used to build advertising or marketing profiles.
Public link and third-party platforms: Each Arena entry receives a public shareable URL. Once you or any other user shares this URL on a third-party platform, the content may be cached, indexed, screenshotted, re-shared or otherwise propagated in ways outside our control. We strongly recommend not submitting any image, name or handle that you would not be comfortable being publicly visible and shared indefinitely.
Children: The Arena is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or under the applicable digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, where higher). Do not submit Arena entries on behalf of children. We may remove entries that we believe were submitted by or depict children without verifiable parental consent.
Liability allocation: You are solely responsible for the content of any Arena entry you submit, including ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShoeTracker.ai (ADS DELIVERY LIMITED) shall not be liable for any user-generated content, vote results, leaderboard rankings, prize availability, third-party platform behaviour, removal delays, or use of Arena entries by third parties (including users who download, screenshot or re-share your entry). You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ADS DELIVERY LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, agents and sub-processors from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) any Arena entry you submit, (ii) your alleged breach of these provisions or the Arena Rules, (iii) any third-party claim that your entry infringes intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights, or (iv) your misuse of the Arena.
Governing terms: Direct consumer use of the Arena is governed by this Privacy Policy together with the Arena Rules available at shoetracker.ai/arena/rules. To the extent the Arena is offered through a Store-branded experience, the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA) also applies.
